Geo has experienced a voracious love of music since birth. Her mother says she was singing before she could speak, and there are the audio tapes to prove it! At age 7 she sang lead in a school concert and was immediately bitten by the performance bug.
Geo grew up in England to West Indian parents and now hopes to make a special mark for herself here on American soil. Her musical passions and fashions range from Folk, Funk, Soul, Jazz, 90’s Rap & RnB, 1950-60’s Country, Goth, 90’s Alternative, Reggae, New Wave, Pop, and Metal…
Geo believes that music has the power to heal and to bring people together and she is very excited to be a part of the Bay’s sensation; Bayfire!
Mark began his musical journey learning to play guitar, yet he found his listening and tastes increasingly drifting to focus on the bass playing within songs. Inspired by many bassists including Sting, Aston “Family Man” Barrett, Horace Panter, and Paul McCartney, Mark decided it was time to explore the possibilities of the bass guitar. This became a fortunate decision that has led to an ever greater passion for both the artistic and intellectual aspects of music. He would eventually find the opportunity to join an unnamed just-starting-out band that would become Bayfire. With the unique perspectives and spirit of collaboration within Bayfire, Mark endeavors to create bass lines that provide a solid rhythmic foundation with interesting melodic and harmonic qualities.

Joe began his musical passion in 7th grade music class with a couple of drum sticks and a little drum pad (which he still has). In high school his best friend’s dad had a pawn shop, and was introduced to a badass Flying V and Marshall stack He thought that looked cooler than a pair of drum sticks and drum pad…and the rest is his guitar history. Having grown up listening to Classic Rock, you can find him blasting the genre out of any stereo within reach, and when reaching for a guitar likes cranking out those legendary riffs (while playing name-that- tune to whomever will listen). Give him a little rock, a little funk, a little reggae, a little pop, a little soul, and what do you get? You get BAYFIRE!
